This Dell PowerEdge 2650 2U server is architecturally balanced to maximize processing speeds as well as provide high data input/output (I/O) and memory bandwidth.
The PowerEdge 2650 features two Intel Xeon 2.8 GHz processors with a 533 MHz front side bus which makes the server well suited for compute- and memory-intensive applications and 2 GB of DDR SDRAM (supports up to 12 GB max).
Its three 73 GB SCSI hard drives provide up to 219 GB of storage capacity with SCSI performance. Access media with the included slim CD-ROM drive or 1.44 MB floppy disk drive. There are front mounted PS/2, VGA and USB ports for hassle free connectivity and plenty of rear I/O ports for added connectivity.
