Brian is back in the podcast saddle this week joining Matt for another episode of Windows Phone Radio. This week the guys talk about Dilbert's favorite smartphone, a new app from the Bing team and some of the latest news from Gamescom in Germany.

Hey everybody, Brian here popping in from the valley of the sun Phoenix, Arizona to post our latest podcast episode, number 38. This week Matt and Mike take the podcast reigns while I am sunning myself on vacation [thanks guys]! We have a great show for you this week, welcoming Bill Pardi to the studio to talk about the voice to text features in Mango.

Windows recently announced the winners of the MOFILM contest, bringing the grand finalist to the Tribeca Film Festival. We were excited by the winning videos and in response have started another online video competition. This time, the winners will win a trip to the 58^th international Cannes Lions Festival in France.

One of the most common misconceptions about PCs is that the bigger the screen, the more items you’ll be able to pack on it. After all, bigger is better, right?

Well, sort of.

Yahoo! today is officially introducing its Flickr photo app for Windows Phone 7. The app first quietly landed in Marketplace a few weeks ago. Since then, it’s been tuned up and improved several times. The latest version is 1.1. (And my sources tell me another update with yet more new features isn’t far behind.)

MSN Video for Windows Phone 7 is now available in Marketplace. The free app provides video clips from more than 40 popular sources, including Access Hollywood, Animal Planet, CNBC, Consumer Reports, Discovery, FOX Sports, HealthDay, Howcast, Kiplinger’s, MSNBC, Stupid Videos, TODAY, and more. 

We just found out the Windows Phone Radio podcast was nominated for a Niney award in the category of “best audio podcast.” Thanks to all of our listeners for tuning in and helping us earn that distinction.
