Windows 7 Boosts Customer Satisfaction Scores for PC Makers

Gregg Keizer over at Computerworld today posted an article about the results of the annual satisfaction survey conducted by American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). In the article, Windows 7 is credited for boosting customer satisfaction scores for PC makers such as HP, Dell, and Acer. According to the survey, customers perceive the quality of PCs as better because they are easier to use – courtesy of Windows 7.
